Gifting specialist job description
Blank Label Team Marketing Agency is looking for an influencer marketing specialist who would focus on gifting projects and paid collaborations.
The position if open only for freelancers. The person has to be organized, diligent and responsible, preferably interested in marketing in general, but it isn’t a necessity. Key for this role is that the person is persistent, reliable and is able to work remotely and self-motivate.
The tasks for the gifting specialist are:

Sourcing influencers for potential collaborations - research, quality check, input information into database

Contacting influencers for potential collaborations - reaching out to them, following up on proposals, briefing, checking content before publishing

Updating outreach and published pipeline sheets to know when to expect content

Monitoring the deliverables

Reporting and analyzing results - checking achieved results, updating them in the database. Analysis of the results with suggestions on moving forward with the influencers
It is also important to be able to build a friendly relationship with the influencers when possible to ensure posting, so people-skills are required.
Skills required:
